Blended and dispensed for clients
Custom herbal formulas prescribed following clinical consultations will be dispensed by the herbalist (in-house) and/or by a local dispensary located on Vancouver Island.
An in-house apothecary is in development. We will be stocking dried herbs for tea blends, tinctures, oils, and salves, and more. The medicinal plants are sourced from trusted, ethical herb suppliers, including from local farms in British Columbia and Alberta, and other dispensaries. We strive to select the highest quality, organic, or spray-free herbs for our clients.

Tinctures are mainly alcohol-based, but a glycerite-based formula maybe offered if available.

For your information, a one week estimated supply (105 ml) will typically cost ~$32-40 before tax; a two-week supply (210 ml) will cost ~$55-60; a four-week supply (420 ml) will cost ~$95-110 CAD before tax. Final prices will be provided before dispensing your order.

Prices for herbal remedies are best estimates, before taxes (5% GST, + 7% PST for topicals), in Canadian dollars. Prices will range depending on the herbs used, and the amounts dispensed.
Herb Orders
How it works…
You will receive a herbal protocol with herbal formulation recommendations, and supplement suggestions, after our 1:1 consultation. However, you are not obligated to purchase any herbal formulations from us. Herbal formulations costs are separate from the consultation fees.
If interested, the Herbalist will send a final quote (+ tax + shipping if applicable) to you, for review and confirmation prior dispensing. Let us know the remedy and quantities (2 weeks or 4 week supply) desired.
Once orders are dispensed and ready for pick-up or delivery payment can be made through e-transfer (interact via email), or by cash. Please let us know if you prefer to use debit or credit cards, transaction fees will apply.
Orders can be picked up at My Inner Harbour in Nanaimo’s downtown area, another designated location, delivered to you by the Herbalist (within reasonable distance), or sent via Canada Post (+ shipping) directly from the dispensary.
Looking for nutritional supplements?
Clients may choose to purchase recommended nutritional supplements through FullScript, an online dispensary with a large selection of high quality products. Clients will receive a discount on the retail price. You are also free to purchase supplements elsewhere, but please ensure that they are what was recommended.
